Branch Manager

You must be solution-oriented, you will be thinking of ways on how to solve problems in different situations, and think ways on how to attract more customers, with you and your team.

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduate of BS Business Management/HRM Course
- Excellent in oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess leadership skills
- Has working knowledge on Marketing techniques, Sales Building, and Operations Management
- Computer Literacy level: Capable of composing reports with the use of MS Word/Excel

Branch Supervisor

You will be in charge of assisting the Branch Manager in managing the restaurant.

To be a good fit for this position, you must have intuitive understanding of what types of support could you provide depending on a scenario that you are in, to smoothen the flow of the branch operations. You have to be ready to resolve conflicts that may arise with the customers or among your fellow staff members.

You will act as the Branch Manager during the absence of your Branch Manager. This will include taking its responsibilities such as monitoring and ensuring that the flow of the branch operations is smoothly operating, and you would give reports to your branch manager about the status of the branch.

You will also provide assist to your branch Manager in implementing different strategies to attract more customers, and ensure the complete guest satisfaction is achieved.

Barista


We are looking for a barista that is capable of multitasking and using a Point of Sale (POS) system.

You will be in charge of preparing beverages and serving food to our customers.You will also be in charge of the cleanliness of the restaurant.

You must be able to build your relationship with the customers and guests. For example, greeting customers and acknowledging them for something that they had done. If necessary, you must be able to carry a conversation with the customers.

To be a good fit for this position, you should have a STRONG eye for the needs of the customers and, be able to provide suggestions and additional information to the guests. To be able to suggest and add information, you must know the menu VERY well.

QUALIFICATION:


- Male/Female
- Between 20-30 years old
- Graduate of BS HRM Course or has taken a Certificate/Diploma Course in Barista Training
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills (with a warm and cheerful personality)
- Possesses excellent personal hygiene
- Willing to be assigned in various IPC Branches

Chef

You will be in charge of the food preparation and the cleanliness of the kitchen along with its utensils and equipment.

To be a good fit for this position, you must be able to monitor the daily inventory of the ingredients, Informs the warehouse if the supplies are low and, ensure that the standards are met with the food items to be prepared.

- Graduate of BS HRM/Culinary courses
- Excellent in oral communication and interpersonal skills
