- To assist the Branch Manager the management of the restaurant
- Fills in for the tasks of the Branch Manager in the case that his/her superior is absent
- Reports to the Branch Manager about the status of the branch in case his/her superior is not present

- Willing to be assigned in various IPC Branches

- Uses a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Greets customers and can carry a conversation if necessary
- Knows the menu well to be able to provide suggestions and additional information to the guests
- Maintains the cleanliness of the whole restaurant

- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Read food order slips and ensure that the standards are met with the food items to be prepared (both in quality and quantity)
- Monitors the inventory of the ingredients daily
- Informs the Warehouse/Commissary if supplies are low
- Ensures that complete guest satisfaction is achieved
